Our Non-Tournament program is designed to introduce the fundamentals of volleyball as well as offer high level training for
those high school varsity players who wish to improve their technical skills.  The program is also designed for those players
who want to still play volleyball throughout the year to maintain or improve their volleyball skills while still participating in other
sports or extracurricular activities.  This program will allow the athlete to not have to commit to extensive weekly practices as
well as tournaments on the weekends.

For the beginning athlete (4th, 5th, 6th grader):
This program will introduce the fundamentals of volleyball to the first time player who needs specific instructions on how to
execute specific techniques associated with volleyball.  The "NT" program will also help designate to the beginning player a
specific position such as a "Setter, Outside Hitter, Middle Blocker, Rightside Hitter and Libero."

For the intermediate athlete:
The "NT" program will help assist in improving the intermediate players technical skills as it pertains to their "specialized
position," such as a "Setter, Outside Hitter, Rightside Hitter, Middle Blocker, Libero."  This program will teach them to be more
efficient and explosive with their movements.  The "NT" program will also help them better understand the concepts of
volleyball (i.e. offensive, defensive and serve-receive patterns) as well as their responsibilities for their specialized position.

For the advance athlete:
The "NT" program will continue to teach the advance athlete to be more explosive and quicker when performing such
movements as hitting, blocking and jump serving.  This program will also teach the advance athlete high level skills such as
jump serving, swing-hitting, and advance defensive techniques.  It will also introduce advance movement patterns for the
setter as well as training the setter how to optimize an offense.
