As a floater coach, I'm not assigned to just one team. I visit each team at practices and
during tournaments.
My role is to provide a fresh perspective and a helping hand to both the coach and the
players. I watch the team from angles that the coach can't, like from above in the stands.
From that vantage, I might make suggestions about offensive or defensive strategies.
Likewise, if I see a player struggling, I'll stop and help her with a little one-on-one
coaching.

at several high schools; however, I enjoy
being a Top Gun floater coach the best.
