It’s all about quality and trust. Top Gun parents are always telling me how
grateful they are for the extra time and care the Top Gun coaches give their
kids. One-on-one instruction is the norm - not the exception.
To me, volleyball is a passion. Whenever I see a young athlete with that
same passion for volleyball, I feel compelled to help them sharpen their
skills and refine their technique. High quality coaching produces high
quality players and high quality members of our community.
Lastly, never underestimate the power of sports in helping a young person
form a positive world view, build self-esteem, and develop healthy, lifelong
character traits. Top Gun and I are committed to our players and their
families.

Today, Coach Nguyen has over 18 years of coaching knowledge.
As he enters his 15th collegiate season, 12 with Cal Poly University and
most recently the past 2 years with Cal State Fullerton, Coach Nguyen is
also celebrating his 15th year as a founder and director of the Top Gun
Volleyball Club.
