PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2001 – Current Cal Poly Pomona Pomona, CA
Assistant Track and Field Coach, responsible for implementing Fall and Winter strength and conditioning programs,
fundraising, travel arrangements, purchasing and maintenance of equipment, and monitoring the academic progress of
student/athletes. Responsibilities also include recruiting and the retainment of current students/athletes. In season
responsibilities include designing and coordinating workouts for multi-event athletes, pole vaulters and jumpers.
2000- Current Outside The Gym North Orange County
Private Strength and Conditioning coach for multiple sport athletes ranging from Jr.High through College Level. Private
Personal trainer responsible for the motivation of clients in helping them change their physical and mental well-being for
the betterment of their lives. Design and administrate weekly personal training and diet programs. Responsible for four
other trainers with equipment purchasing, program design, and client recruitment.
1984 – 1999 Los Altos High School Hacienda Hgts, CA
Head/Assistant Track and Cross Country Coach, responsible for year around training programs. Duties include but not
limited to budgeting, scheduling, planning, organizing, recruiting, fundraising and promoting both programs to the school
and community. As a Head Coach I was responsible for the performance of the team as well as the academic
performance of the student-athletes involved in the program. Overall Dual Meet Record Cross Country 70-5 (10yrs)
